![]() ![]() ![]() I’d say in the end, I felt for Ty, a lot even, but I didn’t get Stolkholm Syndrome. It took me only a few hours to get through and really keeps you turning the pages. You really do see that in a messed up way, he did think he was saving her by abducting her. Its not a romance, there is no sex or rape or anything sexual in the story. Its very descriptive and paints a vivid picture in your mind of the desolate Australian outback. You go through seeing her deal with the abduction happening, and trying to sort what to do in her predicament, and how she feels about her abductor, Ty. It really gets you inside the mind of the abductee, Gemma. I wish there had been a little bit more to the story. And I found the ending a little anti-climactic. It has a very easy, fast flowing writing style to it.īut it didn’t really evoke any strong emotions in me though – no smiling or tears either while I was reading despite being quite riveted to the story.
